Tonya began competing in shows featured in magazines. Recruited by product companies, now she’s a global educator. In 1992 she established a salon and mobile business. In 2005, she was inducted to MUAH Union Local 706, where she department headed and keyed for major networks. In 2008 she founded a salon and academy and in 2015 obtained 798 MUAH union status. Founded by Monae, The Monae Life Academy teaches business etiquette as well as styling for editorials and celebrities.

Reonna Green, Esq., She Trademarks
Reonna  is more than just your typical trial attorney; she's the founder of She Trademarks, a law firm dedicated to helping business owners, specifically those within the beauty industry. Green's involvement in the beauty industry began at 16 when she became a licensed manicurist and later a cosmetologist. She attended UC Berkeley, where she graduated with a bachelor's in legal studies. She then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and became an attorney known for her grit, resourcefulness and compassion. From trademark searches and applications to business formations, contracts and educational webinars, Reonna is devoted to helping clients identify potential areas of risk and crafting custom solutions to protect their brand, business and ultimately their livelihood.

Jordan  is a TRUSS Professional Brand Specialist and a salon owner in Milford, CT, with over 12 years' experience in the beauty industry. She is a self-taught balayage specialist who is known for her dimensional brunettes. Jordan has been educating for five years and began her career as a TRUSS Professional educator in 2021.

Ana Lima, Truss
Ana  is a TRUSS Brand Specialist & Educator, lead balayage specialist and salon owner in central New Jersey. She has 10 years of experience behind the chair and has been traveling as an educator for over four, teaching what she is most passionate about: hair! Ana is known for her dimensional brunettes and viral hair Tik Toks.

Tiffany McRae, Amika
Tiffany is a freelance NYC hairstylist and Amika Pro Educator. She enjoys traveling, networking, and spreading haircare and styling knowledge with like-minded hair artists, as well as learning from them. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and listening to podcasts. She loves family time and everything beauty.

Keya Neal, Kolour Kulture
Keya is an industry activist, DEI strategist, Kolour Koach, texture specialist, and keynote speaker, and is ABCH Certified and an Intercoiffure member. Keya has also been an educator, guest artist, consultant and platform artist for several major brands. Keya founded Kolour Kulture in 2015 to educate and empower all nationalities/cultures with unparalleled color curriculums. Quyen  is the CEO of ÉVALASH Beauty Corp and she holds six patents. Quyen started her first salon when she 19 and currently owns a lash and microblading lounge, beauty supply store and training center in Bethesda, MD. Through her experience handling and running businesses, she ventured to create her own brand of products that would make women feel more confident. As a national color educator and platform artist, she has traveled all over the country and worked side-by-side fellow stylists and artists. Co-creator of "Boss Hair Society," an education and social media platform that teaches advanced color techniques and trends, Missi thrives when helping her industry grow and building confidence and passion in stylists.

Sherry  is an internationally-acclaimed, celebrity colorist, Joico commercially artistic colorist, award-winning color expert and salon owner. Adrienne has been featured multiple times in the Allure including The Best of the Best issues, and her salon was featured in ELLE's Top 100 Salons in the Country.

Genevieve is passionate about training and educating beauty professionals in the industry. She is a licensed esthetician, business owner and esthetics instructor at Atelier Esthetique Institute for Esthetics in NYC. Her experience spans 16 years in beauty, and she has worked  at companies such as L'Oréal Paris, Lancôme, and ULTA Beauty, and now her own spa practice.

Jaime Schrabeck, Precision Nails

Candy grew up in the beauty business as the daughter of former world-champion competition hairdresser, Jamison Shaw.
