Everyone is obsessed with Game of Thrones. So why not have some fun in the salon by recreating the most popular hairstyles from the show? Below, Redken Artist Doug Treadway provides step-by-steps for two GOT-inspired looks.
Cersei Lannister
1 | Spray Iron Shape 11 Finishing Thermal Spray evenly onto hair. 2 | Curl hair in sections using a 1-inch curling iron. 3 | Take two sections on either side of the temple area and apply Move Ability 05 Lightweight Defining Cream-Paste. 4 | Take each section and secure at back of head. Take the sections and rub in-between fingers to expand the twist. 5 | Grab two sections right above the ears (below your first twist) and apply Move Ability 05. Twist the sections and secure at the back of the head. 6 | Take the ends and work Move Ability 05 through the ponytails and create a three-strand braid. Secure with elastic. 7 | Wrap a small section of hair around the elastic for camouflage. 8 | Finish the look with Triple Take 32 High-Hold Hairspray.
