L’Oréal USA Announces 2024 Inclusive Beauty Fund Recipients

Forty small business owners and entrepreneurs have received $200K in funding through the 2024 Inclusive Beauty Fund Grants from L’Oréal USA, which chose the recipients in partnership with GlobalGiving, the NAACP, and Hispanic Federation.

The company provided the grants to small business owners, independent beauty artists, and other entrepreneurs in beauty and grooming. The funds come with mentorship and business development support from executives from L’Oréal’s leading brands and its professional products distributor, SalonCentric.

“They are shaping a more inclusive future for the beauty industry,” says Liliahn Majeed, Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer of L’Oréal Groupe North America, “and their commitment to bringing products, services, and education to communities across the nation such that more people feel seen and considered is truly inspiring.”
