Oribe Hair Care introduced its first salon-exclusive service, Renewal Remedies Treatment Experience, a quick service that aims to address a wide spectrum of concerns including smoothness, strength and color retention. Each custom-blended treatment improves texture and provides intense hydration for all hair types. Renewal Remedies works to fortify the inner structure of hair while restoring the damaged outer layer by creating a shield that locks in essential moisture and smoothes the cuticle.

How It Works
The experience includes two components: Foundations and Amplifiers. They are combined by a stylist based upon individual hair needs. Once the components are mixed together, they are applied to hair after shampooing and left on for just five minutes.
Step One: The Foundations
The Foundations are the base of Renewal Remedies treatments and are available in two versions dependent on the client’s hair type – Fine to Medium Hair and Medium to Coarse Hair.
Key Ingredients
- Bio-Synergy, a restorative sugar-protein complex that fortifies the inner structure of hair while restoring the damaged outer layer by creating a shield that locks in essential moisture and smoothes the cuticle.
- Creatine, a molecule made up of amino acids, repairs the cuticle by smoothing and restoring manageability while protecting from damage caused by brushing and styling.
- Hair Radiance Complex reduces signs of aging by sealing the cuticle and restoring the hydrophobic layer of hair to significantly improve vibrancy and shine.
- Polymeric UV Filter provides light, sheer conditioning and protection against color fading, dryness and damage caused by the sun.
Step Two: The Amplifiers
Next, the Amplifers are added to the Foundations based upon individual hair needs — smoothness, strength or color retention.
Smoothing Amplifier
Delivers superior smoothness, softness and control while significantly reducing frizz, even in high humidity.
Key Ingredients
- Marine Complex adds reparative nutrients and hydration and significantly reduces frizz for enhanced smoothness, softness and control.
- Specialized Cross-Linked Polymer forms a protective barrier on the hair fiber from root to tip to seal in essential moisture while locking out humidity.
Strengthening Amplifier
Significantly improves elasticity and the tensile strength of hair to prevent breakage with each application.

- Patented Fortifying Complex penetrates the cortex to strengthen hair structure from the inside out to prevent breakage.
- Blend of 12 Amino Acids reinforces the natural keratin in hair to restore elasticity and the tensile strength of strands.
Color Retention
Restore the protective outer layer of strands and shields hair from oxidative stress, while creating a noticeable difference in vibrancy and shine of color through multiple washes

- Color-Lock Technology creates a protective shield on each strand to improve color retention and prevent excess water absorption, preserving color through multiple washes.
- Luminosity-Enhancing Antioxidant transforms and reflects natural light on hair to create prismatic vibrancy and brilliant shine.
Sustainable Packaging
Sustainability and functionality were priorities when developing the Renewal Remedies Treatment Experience packaging system. The Foundation and Amplifier bottles are made from 100 percent Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic and are recyclable, with the PCR being domestically sourced and produced in the United States. The applicator bottles and applicator tips were developed to be washed and reused multiple times, which results in a lower overall carbon footprint when developing, producing and filling the packaging.
