Wella returned home to Germany for TrendVision 2015, just in time to celebrate its 135th anniversary in Berlin with more than 1,400 hairdressers from all over the world. Highlights of the event included the 2016 Trend Reveal—two catwalk shows that featured 30 styles, showcasing the SS16 Molten Ecaille trend, which was brought to life by Christophe Nicolas Biot, Wella global creative artist from France, and the AW15 Bronde Luxe trend, which was brought to life by Petra Brockmann and Thomas Brockmann-Knodler, Wella global creative artists from Germany. “The power of the individual has never been stronger than it is today, with technological breakthrough and creativity fusing together to take self-expression to new heights,” said Sebastian Professional Global Artistic Director Shay Dempsey. Josh Wood, Wella Professionals global creative director for color, presented Couture Color, while Sassoon’s International Creative Director, Mark Hayes, showcased Couture Color within the framework of the latest Academy collection, Androgyne. Eugene Souleiman, Wella Professionals global creative director for care and styling, presented some of his favorite looks from the runway.
