Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams just dipped into the haircolor category with the launch of her own line of products, Good Dye Young (GDY). Williams’ journey as a beauty trendsetter began in 2016 in the chair of GDY co-founder and her longtime hairstylist, Brian O’Connor, who for years helped maintain her reputation as a haircolor chameleon. Together, they have created an inclusive community, enabling self-expression through hair and released six semi-permanent hair dye colors.
The Good Dye Young Semi-Permanent Hair Color collection includes nine vivid colors.
Since then, the line expanded to nine semi-permanent colors, into brick and mortar stores including Sephora and to a line of temporary hair makeup called Poser Paste. “Good Dye Young is a community built on a mission of inclusion, diversity and self-expression,” said President of Good Dye Young Abraham Faddoul. “Our partnership with Sally Beauty offers us a platform to grow our diverse community and be present where consumers shop for vibrant hair color, at Sally Beauty stores.”
