Last night, Moroccanoil fêted Color Complete, its foray into color care, in New York City. There to celebrate the launch were Naomi Watts, Moroccanoil co-founder Carmen Tal, celebrity colorist Lorri Goddard, Moroccanoil Artistic Director Kevin Hughes, and Moroccanoil Color Collective ambassadors Blair Eadie of Atlantic Pacific, Jessica Wang of Not Jess Fashion, Lisette Bagley of Luhhsetty, Zanita Whittington of ZanitaZanita and Sangyay Chen of Its Sang Time. Guests filled a Lower East Side gallery space that had been transformed into a color-centric beauty lab, replete with microscopes, dry-ice cocktails, vibrant wall art displaying famous quotes about the power of color, punchy florals, and a mirrored room with hanging Morrocanoil-themed lights, which provided the perfect photo op—even Naomi couldn’t help herself.
Moroccanoil created Color Complete to address all aspects of color care, from degradation to change to fade, offering in-salon and at-home products. Using ArganID and ColorLink, the regimen begins with Moroccanoil ChromaTech Prime and Post, which work together for color intake and retention. Care can carry on at home with Color Continue Shampoo and Conditioner and Protect & Prevent Spray. The line is available May 1.
