Last month, Bosley Professional Strength hosted a group of 42 people, consisting of international and domestic educators, brand ambassadors and corporate staff in Los Angeles for the brand's strength educator and ambassador training.
With participants from El Salvador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Malta, Panama, Guatemala, Colombia, Canada and across the United States, the three-day event included a presentation by Dr. Ken Washenik, Chief Medical Officer at Bosley, Inc., and social media strategist Breanna Armstrong, as well as updates from the Bosley Pro corporate team.
Dr. Washenik spoke about services offered at Bosley, Inc., emerging technologies and the different kinds of hair loss. He also made clear the importance of Bosley Professional products within the comprehensive programs offered by Bosley. Armstrong focused on the top three social media platforms that stylists use and shared best practices for each.
In addition, educators went through a product knowledge refresh and were introduced to the company’s newly updated hair cutting system, FineOmetry. FineOmetry includes a fundamentals class, five different haircuts great for fine or thinning hair and styling tips. All Bosley Pro education has been rebranded and re-formatted in order to create a consistent and relevant educational methodology. Core educators J.B. Shelton, Sara Caroline and Cynthia Bleier were instrumental in the creation and implementation of the new system and also led the team in over ten hours of hands-on learning.
