French hair-care brand PHYTO continues its string of new product debuts with another line: VOLUME.
The line is an updated version of existing PHYTO volumizing products. Formulas for the collection — a shampoo, conditioner, and styling spray — include natural water lily extract to add body and definition to the hair fiber.
As in other PHYTO hair-care products, the VOLUME collection replaces water in its concentrated formulas with organic White Mallow plant extract to boost shine. All the products are vegan and free of silicones, parabens, sulphates, gluten, and artificial colors.
The line consists of:
VOLUME Volumizing Shampoo — specially formulated for fine hair, featuring a fluid gel texture to add weightless body;
VOLUME Volumizing Conditioner — a lightweight, detangling gel-cream that rinses out easily and adds moisture while enhancing thickness; and
VOLUME Volumizing Styling Spray — a revamp of the brand’s Volumizing Blow-Dry Spray, it lifts roots and adds texture while serving as a heat protectant.
The collection is the latest in a string of product line launches in 2024 by Phyto: COLOR, PURPLE, and REPAIR.
The Phyto botanical brand was created in 1969 by Parisian hairstyling pioneer Patrick Alès, who is credited with inventing the blow-dry, and counted Brigitte Bardot and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis among his clientele.
