Step by Step
- Create a 1” face-frame section. Use your favorite Global Blonding technique and the Lightening Formula to pre-lighten this section to Level 9.
- Shampoo hair with PRAVANA’s Intense Therapy Cleanse.
- Towel dry and section out the face frame again as in Step 1. Completely dry this section only.
- Apply Formula 2 to the face-frame section, utilizing meche or foils as a protective barrier.
- Apply Formula 1 to the remaining hair. Pro Tip: ChromaSilk HydraGloss Demi-Permanent color can be applied to damp or dry hair.
- Process 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Rinse with cold water and high-water pressure until the water runs clear. Apply PRAVANA’s Color Protection Condition and rinse.
- Style as desired.

Application
- Create a veil section on the top of the head. Pre-lighten this section using the Lightening Formula and your favorite Global Blonding technique until you reach a Level 10.
- Shampoo hair with PRAVANA’s Intense Therapy Cleanse.
- Section the hair again as in Step 1 and dry the veil section completely.
- For the veil section, melt Formula 1 into Formula 2 using meche or foil as a barrier method.
- Apply Formula 3 to the remaining hair from roots to ends.
- Process 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Hold the VIVIDS section out and rinse the darker color out first.
- Lightly cleanse the darker color underneath. Rinse and apply PRAVANA’s Color Protect Condition.
- Rinse the VIVIDS section with cold water and high-water pressure until the water runs clear. Apply Color Protect Condition.
- Rinse all of the hair together and style as desired.

Step by Step
- Divide the hair into two halves by taking a vertical parting from forehead to nape.
- Pre-lighten the left side of the hair using the Lightening Formula and your favorite Global Blonding technique until you reach a Level 9.
- Shampoo all of the the hair with PRAVANA’s Intense Therapy Cleanse.
- Towel dry the hair and divide it again into two halves as in Step 1, then dry the left side of the hair completely.
- Apply Formula 2 to the left side of the hair from roots to ends and using meche or foil to protect the color. Pro Tip: Apply VIVIDS using the “3-Inch Rule” generously to both sides of the hair and reloading your brush every three inches.
- Apply Formula 1 to the right side of the hair from roots to ends.
- Process 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Rinse the left side of the hair with cold water and high-water pressure until the water runs clear.
- Rinse the right side of the hair and shampoo lightly with PRAVANA’s Color Protect Cleanse.
- Apply PRAVANA’s Color Protect Condition to all of the hair and rinse.
- Style as desired.

- Create a face-frame section and melt Formula 3 into the mid-lengths and ends, blending it into the shadow root.
