Booksy Reaches 100,000 Professional Beauty Provider Milestone

Booksy has reached over 100,000 professionals around the globe. This milestone makes Booksy the largest and fastest growing solution for appointment-based beauty service providers in the world, say Booksy executives.

It all started back in 2015 when co-founder and CEO, Stefan Batory, was trying to get an appointment with his physical therapist to alleviate him from the discomforts of being an ultra-marathon runner. Voicemail. Wait. Missed call. Wait. It didn’t take long for Stefan to see the opportunity in front of him. He turned to his colleague and former business partner at iTaxi and EO Networks, Konrad Howard, to help address the annoyances related to booking appointments. Together, they created a solution that we now know as Booksy.

Since that day, Booksy says it has been on a mission to give beauty pros the tools that they need to run their businesses with ease. This includes booking, payment processing, communicating with clients, and attracting new clients. Booksy also empowers customers by giving them a platform to research and discover local service providers and manage their appointments. No phone tag required.
