It’s been a whirlwind of a month, going from NY Fashion Week to London Fashion Week and finally wrapping up the season with Bridal Fashion Week. The number of shows we do as a team increases season after season, which means I’m not the only one leading the teams anymore (a great problem to have). I often talk about empowering my team to be excellent, and nothing is more rewarding that seeing members of my team step up to lead their own teams at Fashion Week.
I’m always curating and shaping whatever team I’m working with to be the best they can be, and that requires giving them great opportunities to do (and learn) even greater things. Fashion Week is one of the best environments to learn in—if you can make it in the crazed chaos there, you can truly make it as a stylist anywhere. That’s why I offer opportunities through SPRx that help make working at Fashion Week a reality for anyone who has the drive, ambition, and grit required to make it happen, no matter where you live or where you’re from.
So I’m excited to announce that we’re kicking off another round of our Virtual Runway Styling Program—and this time, it’s better than ever. We’re expanding beyond the bounds of hairstyling by also offering our first-ever makeup program led by renowned celebrity makeup artist and Fashion Week veteran Fawn Monique.
Here’s how the program works: You spend 12 weeks in an intensive regimen of online learning, technical critiques, and interactive webinars, all done from the comfort of your own home or salon with no travel required. Depending on which track you choose, you’ll receive one-on-one coaching from Fawn or myself throughout the program. If you complete it successfully, you’ll join us backstage at Fashion Week in New York or London.
Course pre-work starts November 2, webinars run through February 1, 2018, and registration is open right now. To secure your spot, contact [email protected] or call 800-662-0959 x803.
We look forward to working with you backstage in February!
